There is a way we can get these tickets back to you. It is a bit cumbersome, which I apologize for - we are working on an easier method.
Please go through the following steps and send us the token ID to email@example.com
Click on your profile in the main menu in the upper right corner
In the window that appears, click Personal Data
After that, click on Manager Personal Data
You'll get a popup saying we are opening a website, please click yes
The site that open is highlighted on the picture below
You can see a part highlighted called 'token' with a big series of letters and numbers
That's what we need to find your account and give you back tickets.
If you could make sure to copy that line there (and not send a screenshot of it) that would be perfect.
